Complimentary 30 minute consultation

If we mutually agree to move forward a 90 day contract is executed

First Session is a 90 minute Discovery Session where you're supported in determining what you want to focus on

Coaching Sessions Begin - typically 3 sessions per month, for 3 months - 9 total sessions

After 90 days the contract is complete and you have the option to go month-to-month at a monthly rate or execute another 90-day contract, a 6 month or 1 year contract
